First Time Clients

We are so pleased that you have decided to become part of the Privileged family! We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment in order to fill out your New Client Information and Waiver.

Appointment Reminders

Often, appointments are made weeks in advance. To help you stay on schedule, you will receive an email reminder of your appointment two days prior. We ask that you kindly respond to confirm your appointment or cancel it. If we have not heard back from you the day before your appointment, you will receive a phone call. Again, we ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment at this time. 

Before Your Appointment

Due to the variety of treatments we offer,  we highly suggest and recommend that all clients discontinue any at home facial treatments 3 days prior to your appointment. This would include any products with glycolic, lactic, or salicylic acid (AHA/BHA), as well as any retinol creams or gels and any other stimulating products that could cause irritation.

Cancellations/ No Shows

Life gets busy and complications can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you let us know 24 hours before your treatment. If you cancel the same day as your appointment or do not show up, you will be subjected to a $20 charge. No shows and late cancellations directly affect our estheticians' earnings, so please be considerate.

Booking

In order to book your appointment, we require a credit card number. This is simply for our Cancellation/ No Show Policy. Rest assured, you will not be charged for booking an appointment online, through the Privileged App, or over the phone.

Running Late?

Traffic can be completely unpredictable in LA. Please keep that in mind as you are planning your route. If you are stuck in traffic, please let us know. We offer a 10 minute grace period for late-comers. Any time after that, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen. Please note that we are booked back-to-back, so if you are 10 minutes late, your facial will be shortened 10 minutes to keep our estheticians and other clients on schedule.

Groupon and Living Social

Be advised that Groupon and Living Social discounts are for First Time Clients only. Unfortunately, if you are not a first time client, you will be asked to return your Groupon or Living Social Coupon upon arrival. We have a lovely array of comparably priced facial packages that you may purchase in-house, by phone, or online. Additionally, if your Groupon or Living Social Coupon is expired, you may put the amount paid toward a purchase of one of our in-house facials.

Payment

We happily accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks, please.

Age Requirements

Any client under the age of 17 must bring a parent or guardian.

Personal Items

We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Please leave your valuables at home.
